Gloworm Festival ‘Welcomes’ Robin Hood Energy as Welcome Sponsor.

Robin Hood Energy are the latest company to become a sponsor for this year’s Gloworm Festival at Clumber Park on 20th and 21st August.

Robin Hood Energy, who are now ‘Welcome Sponsors’, join headline sponsors IKEA and fellow sponsors East Midlands Airport and White Post Farm.

Robin Hood Energy, launched by Nottingham City Council, is a not for profit energy provider who like to do things differently. Officially the UK’s first, local authority owned energy supplier, they have set themselves apart from the ‘Big Six’ and many other private sector energy companies by making switching easy and offering the cheapest tariffs available.

Simon Rhodes, Marketing Manager for Robin Hood Energy said, “We are delighted to sponsor the Gloworm Festival! We saw this as a great opportunity to speak to families about their energy bills and advising them that switching supplier could save them hundreds of pounds a year. There’s nothing else like Gloworm out there and we wanted to be part of the exciting project from the outset and we see the festival getting bigger and better year on year.”

This brand new, family friendly festival will allow parents, children, family and friends to spend time together enjoying music, arts as well as meeting some of the best loved children’s characters around. What makes the festival even better is that once you have a ticket, there are no hidden costs. The rides, workshops and all the activities are all free once you are in giving visitors great value for money.
