Gloworm Festival visit Children at QMC Hospital
The team from the popular family festival in Nottinghamshire will be visiting the children’s wards at Nottingham Queens medical centre on the 13th of June as part of an annual day of fun and games for the patience and their families.
The visit is supported by generous sponsors and partners of the children’s festival which is hosted at Thoresby park on 18th & 19th of August.
“We would like to thank all of our very generous supporters; Playmobil Uk, Spin Master, Toymaster, Jo-Jo Mama Baby, Pirates Play centre, Tatic Games and White post farm, we were blown away by the donations and we simply can’t thank them all enough” said Gary Allen, Events Director.
The Gloworm team will be bring along face painters as well as loads of games, toys and things like pyjamas, books and Cd’s. We also have loads of festival tickets and attraction day passes for the families and nursing staff too, we plan to visit as many children as possible on the day, we even have a guest character from White post farm.
“The family festival is now in its 3rd year and has grown from strength to strength each year and this is down to its loyal supporters and fans, we are looking forward to this year especially as we have so many exciting things planned, we really have gone all out this year to make it the best event yet.”
The Gloworm festival 2018 is the one true family festival, the festival encourages families to play and have fun in a safe environment.
The festival is focused around creative experiences as well as music, entertainment, workshops and theatre production.
Gloworm caters for children from 0-13 years of age, there are various areas and zones that families will find something that is tailored to an age group.
The festival has received amazing feedback for its facilities and the finer details that has made it such a huge success with families visiting from all over the UK.
