Please see below all the information you need to know about tickets and camping before you purchase tickets



Tier ticket and Payment plan

(There will be no 3rd party public discounts for 2018 other than our new tiered ticket plan.)  


This year we are making it easier to purchase tickets with our new payment plan for 2018 (See Below for information on the new tier ticket pricing )

Ticket Booking fee example - For the above ticket offer the booking fee will be applied to the first payment of 5% of the overall ticket fee of £199     

(First payment will be - £59.70 and then 3 payments of £49.75)


Tier Two - ticket offer ends on 1st of March - Midnight

**Camping Announcement**

Due to the demand for power its looking like one of the 2 camping sites is going to be power only, this will be power hookup tents, caravans and camper vans. We sadly cant mix none power with power due to the layout.

We apologies for any inconvenience, there will still be opportunities to buy power if you want to guarantee being next to a family or friends tent that has.

VIP Passes 

Family pass offer 2 adults and 2 children Passes cover weekend  - £75

(there is only 500 available)  

This guarantees fast track entry to the festival

Access to the VIP arena with the chance to meet the stars

 VIP Bar with DJ's and Entertainment, also soft play area for younger children  


(VIP day passes can be purchased ) 

 Children under 3 don't require a VIP Pass.

(Festival Entry tickets still need to be purchased)

Guests with Disabilities

 As we believe treating all people fairly the full admission rate will be charged. 

Guests who have the following documentation are entitled to one free carer ticket. 

 However, the guest with the disability and any further members of their party will pay full price. Please show the relevant paperwork at the ticket kiosk when you buy or collect your ticket.

 Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance award letter (dated within the last 12 months).

 Personal Independence Payment letter (dated within the last 12 months).

 A current and valid Blue Badge.

 Letter from GP or consultant (dated within the last 12 months) confirming the need for a full time carer.

This does not need to be a letter of diagnosis. (Unfortunately we will not be able to issue carers tickets without seeing the above documentation.)

Festival goers may not bring alcohol into the festival.

(Alcohol will be confiscated at the main gate) 

If you want to bring a picnic then by all means do, we will have wide selection of foods on offer

We will be operating the usual bag searching policy for events, so please be patient and have bags ready  



Camping and Glamping

Camping can only be purchased for the whole weekend, we cannot split into single days due to limited spaces

We cant reserve spaces so if you want to be together with friends you will have to get there together. 

(There are no parking charges at this event)

No dogs on the site or festival site

You can arrive at the campsite at Midday (12pm) on Friday and we ask that you are off the site by midday (12pm) Monday.

Facilities  Food and Drink

 There will be a selection of food and drink vendors from 7am - 9am  and 6pm - 10pm  (Saturday and Sunday Morning)  

 You will have access to the main site up until 10pm

 There will also be a shop on site selling non-perishables for you to purchase, plus cafes and Tea/Coffee stations from 7am till 9.30am  and 5pm till 10.30pm

There will be running water taps too, that will be sign posted 

Toilets and showers

Our award nominated toilets will be back on site as well as even more showers for this year too, meaning you can stay fresh over the weekend!

No generators due to the noise for other campers. No Fires or fire pits.       Site Rules and Regs. 


Festival goers may not bring alcohol into the festival.
(Alcohol will be confiscated at the main gate) 

If you want to bring a picnic then by all means do, we will have wide selection of foods on offer

Campers may bring food and drink into the campsite for his/her/kids own consumption, provided. Food and drink will be available for purchase at the Event. Excessive amounts of food, cigarettes or alcohol may be confiscated.

Gloworm Festival operates a zero tolerance underage drinking policy. No-one under the age of 18 is permitted to bring alcohol to, or be under the influence of alcohol at, the Event. If you are unable to produce ID evidencing that you are 18 years old or over when challenged at the entrance points or within the Venue, your alcohol will be confiscated and you risk being refused entry to the Event or arrangements being made for you to leave. 

A challenge 25 policy will be in operation on all bars


Standard Camping 



The camping space allocated is up to 7 Meter x 7 Meter Space including vehicle  -  £99

(3 Nights, we cannot split down the stay due to limited spaces)

Electric Hook Up (£30) - This is provided by a separate company 

Caravan and Camper spaces (not hard standing) includes power hookup - £150

PLEASE NOTE: This price DOES NOT include festival tickets

Glamping Pods 


Glamping Pod Cost start at £245 to £1,100, the units go from 2-6 persons Bellepads and 2 persons Pod and Luxpads, they also offer BunkPads and Octopads.

All come with optional extras on request.

The Pods include the following in the packages

  • Reception Area  
  • Free Tea and Coffee at specified times
  • Toilets and showers
  • Mobile phone charging

Guests staying with Podpads will also receive fast track entry.

Payment plan avaialble - Pay 50% upfront and split the remainder into monthly instalments

VIP Glamping



We are delighted that Village Belles are providing the bell tents for our VIP Package. Your bell will be situated in our VIP Glamping field to the side of the beautiful Thereby Hall with only a 1 minute walk away from the festival site.
The VIP Package includes the following:

  • 5m bell tent with beds & (bedding if booked before the 31st March) & a whole lot more
  • Fast-Track Entry
  • Reception Area
  • Tea and Coffee
  • Access to the back stage and VIP hospitality areas with Bars, soft play, entertainment and a chance to meet some of the stars of the show.

  • VIP Family Weekend Passes ~ Festival tickets for 4 people.    Additional tickets must be purchased if required.

The cost of this package is £579 per family of four, additional festival tickets can be bought if needed.
