WORKSHOPS

Go Bake with A Mummy Too!

Go Bake provide a wealth of unique cookery experiences for children. They encompass 3 core values: educate, explore, enjoy! Through weekly classes, themed parties, holiday workshops, fun online tutorials & festivals they are here to share our passion for food with you! With our unique #spoonsnotscales measuring method, we make sure that baking is accessible to everyone.

This year, Go Bake will be joined by Emily Leary! A Mummy Too was founded in 2011, born out of a love of family, food and photography. As a busy consultant with projects in all sorts of industries, this blog began as a place to celebrate that as well as all that, she is a mummy too.

The blog grew at an incredible rate and in 2013, after a lot of plate spinning and one big deep breath, Emily left a 12-year career in digital marketing behind to write about food and lifestyle full-time. So, she is still a working mum, but her focus has shifted and couldn’t be happier.

Today, A Mummy Too is the place to come for daily recipes (there are currently over 500 in her recipe index), tips and video guides for anyone who believes a shortage of spare time shouldn’t mean you can’t enjoy beautiful, delicious things.

In March 2019 Emily published her debut cookbook, Get Your Kids to Eat Anything. The book was published by Mitchell Beazley and has been a resounding success improving family mealtimes across the country.

Please note that these workshops are limited and operate on a first come, first serve basis.

BeatFeet

COMMUNICATE - BOND - ENJOY - The three main aims at the heart of all BeatFeet workshops. Working with individuals first; establishing a comfortable space to make music, and then use this approach to strengthen groups and even entire organisations.

Drumming naturally creates a sense of belonging and community. Everyone involved in their unique sessions is part of an unfolding musical and mindful process, that leaves both mind and body energised. People always leave group drumming feeling focused and ready to inject new found creativity into daily life, wherever this may be!
