Why has the car parking cost increased?
Car parking at Gloworm 2024 is being managed by Holme Pierrepoint, the additional cost supports the internal traffic management required at the venue to ensure smooth access to the festival.

How do I book activities?
The majority of activities are drop in workshops, any activities that require a booking can be done so on the day.

What is included in a standard Gloworm Festival ticket?

Everything, other than activities stated as VIP,  are included in a Gloworm Festival ticket, including meets and greets, workshops, the fairground until 5pm and much more

I have a question regarding my tickets...
Tickets are handled by a third party and in line with GDPR we don't have access to personal information. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your tickets please contact your point of purchase. If you purchased through our website, Gigantic can be contacted at customerservices@gigantic.com

Can I camp next to my friends?
If you and your friends have purchased the same kind of camping ticket you can absolutely camp together if you arrive together. Please note that Premium Pitches in a different field to general camping.

Do Carers qualify for free entry?
More information is available via the accessibility page at the bottom of the website.

Where is Gloworm?
Gloworm is located in the heart of the Midlands at Holme Pierrepont Country Park. Please see Map and Info page for information on directions to the festival.

Are the Fairground rides included?
The Fairground is free of charge both days between 10am and 5pm and will be chargeable from 5pm to 10pm.

Do I need to bring cash?
Yes, We would always recommend bringing cash just incase we have signal issues.

My child is 2 do they get in free?
Once your child reaches 2 years old you will require a ticket. We have a zone on site specifically designed for your crawlers called 'Tiny Tots'.

I have got power with my camping, how do I use it?
All campers will receive a 16amp plug, in order to to access your power you will need to have a 16A plug to 13A socket. We will have a number of these on site that can be purchased if required.

Can I bring a picnic?
Yes, please check the Food & Drink page for information on the food available on site.

Are there activities suitable for less abled children?
Yes there will be many activities that disabled children can partake in apart from watching some of their favourite shows.

Is the festival wheel chair accessible?
We have a number of hard standing paths around the site, in wet conditions it can be more difficult to push buggies and wheelchairs.

Is there a baby changing area?
Yes, there will be 4 baby changing facilities located around the site, alongside Breast Feeding areas provided by our partners at Childs Farm.

Can I park my car next to my tent?
In the interest of safely, the general camp site has its own designated parking space next to the camping field and we won't be allowing any vehicle access on the camping field. Premium pitches are designed to have cars located next to the tent or live-in-vehicle.

Can I change the day I am attending?
Please get back in touch with your ticket agent.

How much is car parking?
Parking is changed directly through the venue and operates under ANPR so please ensure you purchase in advance from https://www.nwscnotts.com/nwsc/car-parking/

I haven't received my tickets?
Please contact the ticket sale provider with your booking reference number they will be able to assist you.

Can I get a refund on my tickets?
Tickets and wristbands are strictly non-refundable

How do I find out what's on?
Head to the 'Whats On' section on our website and drop down to the zone you would like to know about.

What time do the gates open?
The Campsites open at 2pm on Friday and close at 10am on Monday

The Main arena opens at 5pm on Friday exclusively for campers, and 10am - 10pm on Saturday and Sunday for General Admission.

Please note that all children under 2 are completely free but DO REQUIRE a ticket!
