Howdy Glowormers,

In the interest of safety for all our customers, we have decided to postpone Gloworm 2020 to the 14th & 15th August 2021.

Can I transfer my tickets to 2021?
Yes, if we have to postpone Gloworm 2020 and you wish to carry over your festival tickets to 2021, you won't need to do anything, this will automatically be done for you and your 2020 tickets will be valid for next year.

What benefits would there be to carrying my tickets over for a year?
Gloworm is an independent festival and during these uncertain times, we hope if customers can, they will hold onto their tickets for 2021 to support the event continue. We will not be restructuring the tickets, meaning if you have your tickets already, this is the absolute cheapest you will get them for. Gloworm has sold out 2 years in a row so by holding onto your tickets, you will be able to guarantee attendance next year.

Can I get a refund?
Yes, we appreciate this is an uncertain time for all and while we would love for everyone to be able to hold onto their tickets and support us, we appreciate it isn’t always that simple.

If you would like a refund, you will have 28 days from Friday 1st May 2020 to request one, please contact the ticket provider you purchased them from, if it was from our website it will be Gigantic, who can be contacted via customerservices@gigantic.com

NOTE: Gloworm can only instruct a refund for the face value of the ticket; we do not control the admin charges applied by the agents. If a refund is not requested by 29th May 2020 your tickets will automatically be transferred to Gloworm 2021.

Are there other ways we can support Gloworm?
Absolutely, take a look at our Shop to get some Gloworm goodies.

When will my tickets arrive?
Tickets are sent out via our agents. If you are concerned they haven't arrived please contact Gigantic.

Can I camp next to my friends?
If you and your friends have purchased the same kind of camping ticket you can absolutely camp together if you arrive together. Please note that Camper vans, Caravans and Motorhomes are located in a different field to general camping.

Do Carers qualify for free entry?
More information is available via to accessibility page at the bottom of the website.

Where is Gloworm?
Gloworm is located in the hart of the Midlands in Sherwood Forest. Please see Map and Info page for information on directions to the festival.

Are the Fairground rides included?
The Fairground is free of charge both days between 10am and 5pm and will be chargeable from 5pm to 10pm.

Do I need to bring cash?
We will have cash machines on site for your convenience, it is a good idea to bring some cash to spend at our lovely food vendors or carefully selected stores.

My child is 2 do they get in free?
Once your child reaches 2 years old you will require a ticket. We have a zone on site specifically designed for your crawlers called 'Tiny Tots'.

Can I bring a picnic?
Yes, please check the Food & Drink page for information on the food available on site.

Are there activities suitable for less abled children?
Yes there will be many activities that disabled children can partake in apart from watching some of their favourite shows.

Is the festival wheel chair accessible?
The majority of the festival is located on grass, wet conditions it can be more difficult to push buggies and wheelchairs.

Is there a baby changing area?
Yes, there will be 4 baby changing facilities located around the site, alongside Breast Feeding areas provided by our friends at NCT.

Can I park my car next to my tent?
In the interest of safely, the camp site has its own designated car park next to the camping field and we won't be allowing any vehicle access on the camping field.

Can I change the day I am attending?
Please get back in touch with your ticket agent.

I haven't received my tickets?
Please contact the ticket sale provider with your booking reference number they will be able to assist you.

Please note that all children under 2 are completely free but DO REQUIRE a ticket!
