The Gloworm festival is the one true family festival, the festival encourages families to play and have fun in a safe environment.
Please note that all children aged 2 and under are completely free but DO REQUIRE a ticket!

When will my tickets arrive?
Tickets are sent out via our agents in the weeks leading up to the festival. If you are concerned they haven't arrived please contact Festicket.
Can I camp next to my friends?
If you and your friends have purchased the same kind of camping ticket you can absolutely camp together if you arrive together. Please note that Camper vans, Caravans and Motorhomes are located in a different field to general camping.
Why do I have to register for FREE Parking?
Thoresby Park are currently building a new car park and from the summer will be charging for all car parking including event parking. We have introduced the registration deal with the support of Sandicliffe to ensure our customers can continue to receive free parking over the weekend. Having this registration system also allows us to ensure we have adequate parking for visitors and allows us to locate vehicle owners should we experience any incidents in the car park such as hand breaks being left off.
Please note the registration system complies with GDPR guidelines.
Do Carers qualify for free entry?
Yes, please be advised a 'carer' is someone that looks after an individual in receipt of DLA. Simply head over to the on site Box Office before the festival opens and collect your ticket. More information is available via to accessibility page at the bottom of the website.
Where is Gloworm?
Gloworm is located in the hart of the Midlands in Sherwood Forest. Please see Map and Info page for information on directions to the festival.
Are the Fairground rides included?
The Fairground is free of charge both days between 10am and 5pm and will be chargeable from 5pm to 10pm.
Do I need to bring cash?
We will have cash machines on site for your convenience, it is a good idea to bring some cash to spend at our lovely food vendors or carefully selected stores.
My child is 2 do they get in free?
Once your child reaches 3 years old you will require a ticket. We have a zone on site specifically designed for your crawlers called 'Tiny Tots'.
Can I bring a picnic?
Yes, please check the Food & Drink page for information on the food available on site.
Are there activities suitable for less abled children?
Yes there will be many activities that disabled children can partake in apart from watching some of their favourite shows.
Is the festival wheel chair accessible?
The majority of the festival is located on grass, wet conditions it can be more difficult to push buggies and wheelchairs.
Is there a baby changing area?
Yes, there will be 4 baby changing facilities located around the site, alongside Breast Feeding areas provided by our friends at NCT.

Do I need a car parking pass with a Camping/ caravan ticket?
Yes every vehicle needs a parking pass to allow us to manage the amount of vehicles on site, these can be registered free of charge via the FREE Parking button at the top of the page.
Can I park my car next to my tent?
In the interest of safely, the camp site has its own designated car park next to the camping field and we won't be allowing any vehicle access on the camping field.
Can I change the day I am attending?
Please get back in touch with your ticket agent.
I haven't received my tickets?
Please contact the ticket sale provider with your booking reference number they will be able to assist you.
