How will Gloworm work in accordance with COVID-19 Guidelines?
Our Covid-19 policy can be found on the Covid-19 tab above.

What happens if you can't go ahead in 2021?
To ensure our customers can buy with confidence, we will be offering a face value refund on all tickets if we are unable to proceed as planned in 2021.

How do I book activities?
The majority of activities are drop in workshops, any activities that require a booking can be done so on the day.

How can I upgrade too VIP?
Simply book the additional tickets through the button at the top of the page.

How many people require a VIP ticket?
VIP tickets are required for both Adults and Children to enter the VIP area, children are unable to enter alone.

I had tickets for 2020 and my Under 2 is now over 2, do I need to buy a child ticket?
No, to thank you lovely folks for holding onto your tickets we will be honouring all these tickets so hold onto the ones you have.

Will you be issuing new tickets for this year?
No, as per our original statement the tickets you have will be valid for the same day this year.

Can I get a refund on my 2020 tickets?

Unfortunately not, as per all the information sent out when we postponed Gloworm 2020, our deadline for refunds was set at the 28th May 2020. Your tickets have now been automatically transferred to 2021. If you are unable to attend we are happy for you to sell these on. 

I have a question regarding my tickets...
Tickets are handled by a third party and in line with GDPR we don't have access to personal information. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your tickets please contact your point of purchase. If you purchased through our website, Gigantic can be contacted at customerservices@gigantic.com

Can I camp next to my friends?
If you and your friends have purchased the same kind of camping ticket you can absolutely camp together if you arrive together. Please note that Camper vans, Caravans and Motorhomes are located in a different field to general camping.

Do Carers qualify for free entry?
More information is available via to accessibility page at the bottom of the website.

Where is Gloworm?
Gloworm is located in the hart of the Midlands in Sherwood Forest. Please see Map and Info page for information on directions to the festival.

Are the Fairground rides included?
The Fairground is free of charge both days between 10am and 5pm and will be chargeable from 5pm to 10pm.

Do I need to bring cash?
We will have cash machines on site for your convenience but these do charge, it is a good idea to bring some cash to spend at our lovely food vendors or carefully selected stores.

My child is 2 do they get in free?
Once your child reaches 2 years old you will require a ticket. We have a zone on site specifically designed for your crawlers called 'Tiny Tots'.

Can I bring a picnic?
Yes, please check the Food & Drink page for information on the food available on site.

Are there activities suitable for less abled children?
Yes there will be many activities that disabled children can partake in apart from watching some of their favourite shows.

Is the festival wheel chair accessible?
The majority of the festival is located on grass, wet conditions it can be more difficult to push buggies and wheelchairs.

Is there a baby changing area?
Yes, there will be 4 baby changing facilities located around the site, alongside Breast Feeding areas provided by our friends at NCT.

Can I park my car next to my tent?
In the interest of safely, the camp site has its own designated car park next to the camping field and we won't be allowing any vehicle access on the camping field.

Can I change the day I am attending?
Please get back in touch with your ticket agent.

How much is car parking?
Parking is free of charge but you do require a ticket, please purchase these with your general tickets and display in your window at the event. If you have forgot, not to worry, just show your entry tickets on arrival and we will get this arranged.

I haven't received my tickets?
Please contact the ticket sale provider with your booking reference number they will be able to assist you.

How do I find out what's on?
Head to the 'Whats On' section on our website and drop down to the zone you would like to know about.

Please note that all children under 2 are completely free but DO REQUIRE a ticket!
