♿ Free Personal Assistant (Carer) Pass

At Light Post Farm we want everyone to enjoy their visit safely and comfortably. If the visitor is aged 16 or over, just one ticket needs to be purchased and their carer comes along free of charge by applying for a career pass. For visitors under 16, we kindly ask that two tickets are purchased, one for the under 16 and one for a responsible adult, as under 16s can’t attend the event on their own. This way, every young visitor has both their carer and a paid responsible parent or guardian with them to share the day.

Key information:

• A General Admission ticket must be purchased before applying for a Carer Pass.

• One Carer Pass per transaction.

• Carer Passes cannot be refunded or exchanged if a carer ticket has already been purchased, though an additional pass may still be issued if criteria are met.

✅ How to Qualify

Provide proof of one of the following:

• Middle or Higher Rate DLA (Care and/or Mobility)

• Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

• Proof of severe sight impairment

• CredAbility Access Card (+1 category)

• Recognised Assistance Dog ID

⌛ Processing can take up to 10 working days.

📨 How to Apply

1. Purchase all other tickets first. (do not purchase a ticket for the carer as this will be issued as an e-ticket by our ticketing partner)

2. Email info@glowormfestival.co.uk with:

   • Your order number

   • Proof of eligibility

   • Your name, address, and email

3. Your Carer Pass will be issued as an e-ticket.

Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are ONLY permitted at our specific dog friendly evening on Thursday 4th December.

I have a complimentary ticket, how do I use it?
Arrive on your chosen day and time, and present your ticket.

Is the trail accessible?
Yes – the farm is mostly flat, with only slight inclines. Suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs.

Will there be food and drink?
Yes, hot food, drinks, and festive treats will be available to purchase.

Is there parking?
Yes – free on-site parking is available.

Can I get a refund?
