Welcome to our ticket page, please read through all of the information as it explains the pricing system and site rules.
Campers, Glampers & Park & Pitch
Check-in times: All campers can arrive from 12pm Friday 13th August and will need to leave by 12pm Monday 16th August
Friday evening entertainment starts at 5pm and closes at 10pm on the main festival site, please note that the fairground will be chargeable on Friday.
What makes this festival extra special is all the entertainment is included in the ticket cost so there are no hidden extras, apart from the fairground which is free until 5pm daily.
Camping Packages

All campers will get to enjoy onsite entertainment that starts at 5pm on the
The camping space allocated is up to 7 Meter x 5 Meter Space (Space only - Does not include tent)
(3 Nights, we cannot split down the stay due to limited spaces)
The price includes full access to toilets and showers.
All powered pitches have a 16-amp plug. You’ll need to bring your own 16A to 13A adaptor to connect your appliances. Due to where power points are situated on the campsite, a minimum of 10m length is recommended in order to ensure your cable reaches to your tent.
In the interest of safety no one will be allowed to park next to their tent.
We cant reserve spaces so if you want to be together with friends you will have to arrive together. Power pitches will all be allocated in the same space.
No dogs on the site or festival site.
Campervan, Caravan, Motor Home and Trailer Tent Camping. (Park & Pitch)
In order to bring a Live in Vehicle to Gloworm, you must purchase a Park & Pitch pass along with weekend camping tickets for the volume of people attending.
10m x 10m Space allocated for 1 vehicle and 1 camping space, additional vehicles may require to park separately.
Additional space may be available for an awning but this is based on available space on arrival and not guaranteed. You are welcome to purchase a Park & Pitch pass if you have a tent and wish to camp near to friends or simply park next to your pitch.
Includes Power Hookup.
The price includes full access to toilets and showers.

GLAMPING
Bell Tents
The WOW Tents makes your camping experience exciting, relaxing and hassle-free.
Bell tents are made from 100% canvas, with thick PVC bottoms connected by thick zips; these can be undone in the summer heat or zipped up to keep the rain and wind out. It offers luxurious space and comfort compared to standard camping tents.
Includes Power Hookup - All Bell Tents are provided with a 16A to 13A adapter. Due to these only having 1 plug socket, if you require more plug sockets, please bring an extension lead with you so you can plug more items in.
A team member will be on site all weekend ensure your stay is the best it can possibly be.
Bell tents sleep up to 3 or 4 people and have Memory Foam Mattress’- All single mattress' but can be pushed together to create doubles if needed.
*DUVETS, PILLOWS AND BED SHEETS ARE NOT PROVIDED SO PLEASE BRING THEM.

Camping Rules
- Wear your festival wristband at all times. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.
- Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult.
- Write your phone number on your child's wristband.
- No campfires or BBQs anywhere on site. Camping gas stoves are allowed (unless restricted due to fire risk).
- Security searches may take place on entry.
- No illegal drugs or controlled substances.
- No weapons or items that could be used as weapons.
- No alcohol may be taken into the festival arena.
- Under-18s must not bring, consume, or be under the influence of alcohol.
- Challenge 25 applies—bring valid photo ID if buying alcohol.
- Do not sleep in awnings or storage tents.
- Keep showers short and use water responsibly.
- Do not disconnect shower fittings to fill containers.
- Be kind, curious, and respectful to your fellow campers—we're all here to have a great weekend together.
- Keep noise to a minimum late at night and early in the morning.
- Please respect those who are sleeping.
- Please close toilet doors gently to avoid disturbing nearby campers.
- Leave your pitch as you found it—use the bins provided and take your belongings home.
- Report emergencies to security or festival staff immediately.
Facilities Food and Drink
There will be a selection of food and drink vendors from 7am - 9am (Saturday and Sunday Morning)
You will have access to the main site up until 10pm
There will be running water taps too, that will be sign posted.
Toilets and showers
Our award nominated toilets will be back on site as well as even more showers for this year too, meaning you can stay fresh over the weekend!
No generators due to the noise for other campers. No Fires or fire pits.
Site Rules and Regs.
Festival goers may not bring alcohol into the main arena.
By purchasing tickets for Gloworm 2026, you agree to comply with any reasonable requests required by local authority and/ or government to enable the festival to go ahead.
Strictly no fires, BBQs, or open flames are permitted anywhere on site, including camping and glamping areas.
If you want to bring a picnic then by all means do, we will have wide selection of foods on offer
We will be operating the usual bag searching policy for events, so please be patient and have bags ready
FOOD & DRINK
Festival goers may not bring alcohol into the festival. (Alcohol will be confiscated at the main gate)

Campers may bring food and drink into the campsite for his/her/kids own consumption, provided. Food and drink will be available for purchase at the Event. Excessive amounts of food, cigarettes or alcohol may be confiscated.
Gas camping stoves may be used for cooking on campsites but strictly no fires, BBQs, or open flames are permitted.
Gloworm Festival operates a zero tolerance underage drinking policy. No-one under the age of 18 is permitted to bring alcohol to, or be under the influence of alcohol at, the Event. If you are unable to produce ID evidencing that you are 18 years old or over when challenged at the entrance points or within the Venue, your alcohol will be confiscated and you risk being refused entry to the Event or arrangements being made for you to leave.
A challenge 25 policy will be in operation on all bars
